PLANS FOR A RELIABLE OVERVIEW

We prepare the plans you need for an escape route guidance system in compliance with the appropriate directives and standards.
Please note that we currently only prepare floor plans for the German market.

This requires specialist knowledge, the accommodation of structural and building-specific peculiarities and usually close cooperation with the responsible authorities.

Hotel room cards manufactured by P.E.R. help guests from out of town to find their way quickly. The plans are prepared to be easily understood; multi-lingual versions are available on request.

Fire brigade route plans (fire detector group or detector loop plans)

Fire brigade route plans from P.E.R. quickly and reliably direct the fire brigade to the detector that has triggered the alarm and thus the source of the fire.

Fire safety regulations

The fire safety regulations are a compilation of all rules established specifically for a particular location. Fire safety regulations comprise Parts A, B and C.

Explosion protection plans and explosion protection documents

Areas subject to explosion hazards must be identified, evaluated and divided into zones in accordance with these regulations.

P.E.R. prepares all plans in accordance with the applicable directives and DIN standards.
We will gladly prepare an individual proposal for the preparation of your plans based on your building's layout or an on-site visit.
The plans we prepare are retained in our database. They can thus be updated easily and inexpensively if any changes are made to the building.
The term emergency plans covers floor plan, plans showing the location of fire fighting equipment and the sewer system.
